This site is fully controlled and operated by Princes & Crows LLC. ( reffered to below as " Princes & Crows "). By accessing and using this site, you agree to be legally bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add to, or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon their posting, so please review the Terms and Conditions posted at this link periodically. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes and/or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Please Note: Once you have placed your order, you will be notified via email with a confirmation. Please keep in mind that any notifications about your order(s) are sent by email only.
RETURN POLICY
Please Note: There are NO RETURNS. All sales are final.
Any custom orders will not be returnable unless an error on our part has been made. If there is an error on the specified file, we will not be responsible for additional charges on the replacement order.
Damaged / Incorrect / Defective Merchandise:
STOP! If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately.
Note: Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days so please contact us within 14 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the damaged/incorrect item(s). You should inspect ALL goods upon receipt!
Defective paper is accountable for up to 1 single roll (about 4 yards) of material hung on your wall. If your order seems to be defective at this point please STOP and contact Princes & Crows to obtain instructions on how to return the merchandise for a replacement.
Upon inspection we will ship out the correct replacement items to you free of any additional shipping charge. We will only be able to reimburse shipping costs in the event that the customer requests a full reimbursement of the damaged order.

Freight charges if we have to re-ship your unwanted goods back to you.
We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking numbers for all returns. There will be 30% Restocking Fee for All Returned Material unless there is a manufacturing defect.
SHIPPING
Expedited shipping is not guaranteed. Items are not kept in stock, they are print to order which take around 5-15 business days to fill. Sorry, we do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses unless the order is for samples only.
In the event of a backorder, we will notify you within 1-3 business days. We do not guarantee any specified or non-specified deadlines in the customer comment box. UPS Overnight, 2nd Day and 3 Day Air
Orders must be received by 11:00 am PST or the order will be considered for the next business day. Custom and digital orders are printed to order and will take 5-15 business days to produce before they are shipped out. If you are not sure if your pattern is a custom or digital print, please contact us to verify. 1-866-960-3030
UPS International
Time and cost varies on a per order basis. FedEx International is available upon request only.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Princes & Crows will not be in any way responsible, or held accountable, for customs charges, tariffs and/or duties and taxes imposed by any country on incoming or outgoing packages. These funds are the sole responsibility of the customer. Order charges and/or final totals do NOT reflect customs charges, tariffs and/or duties and taxes in any way.
United States Parcel Service (USPS): Samples only
All wallpaper samples cost $5.00 each with free shipping worldwide. Samples should arrive within 5-10 business days after email notification (10-14 days for custom digital patterns). Samples ship out via U.S. mail and can be expedited upon request at an additional charge. Depending on the pattern, samples are about 12" x 18" in size.
UPS Ground - USA
Orders should arrive within 5-10 business days after email notification, includes Alaska and Hawaii. We use real-time UPS shipping charges for all shipments worldwide. Certain products will have higher shipping charges due to the product's heavier weight. Custom wallpapers and murals are charged accordingly. Custom jobs and digital prints are printed on 54" goods and can range in weight and shipping charges.
UPS Ground - Canada
All shipping costs to Canada do NOT include the required duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
Warning: Canadian Duties, Taxes and Brokerage Fees can easily add over $50.00 to your order and are the responsibility of the receiving customer. Orders should arrive within 5-10 business days, after email notification. The shipping cost to Canada is slightly higher than domestic shipments however are still processed using real-time UPS shipping freights; no hidden please be cautious of when you would like to receive your expedited shipments and choose your shipping option accordingly. Princesandcrows.com reserves the right to correct your shipping method, when necessary, and charge the appropriate shipping totals. Example: Foreign customers may not choose ground, as there is not an international "ground" service provided.
TAXES
All California orders will include the state's sales tax; otherwise US orders will be considered tax free.
ARTWORK:
Customers must contact info@princesandcrows.com before sending any artwork, so we can make appropriate arrangements for delivery. The customer assumes ALL risk, when sending, receiving, or handing over any type of artwork to Design Your Wall, including but not limiting it to thief, accidental damage, natural disasters, misplacement, etc. We recommend that all artwork to be insured to its appropriate value. We can return all artwork, but the customer must make arrangements to cover the costs in shipping and insurance. Princes & Crows can not store or hold on to a customer's artwork. If prior arrangements are not made for returning the art, the art will be considered unwanted. Between your computer and Princes & Crows, helping to ensure that the information remains confidential. After you have registered or submitted your order online, we recommend that you end your browser session before leaving your computer.
PRIVACY POLICY
You can browse our site without entering any personal information and therefore remain anonymous during your visit. We maintain a separate list of email addresses that are used to send our newsletters containing information about our products and redeemable discounts. We collect emails and other personal information from customer order forms, informational requests, and registration submissions. If you would rather not receive emails from us, please respond with UNSUBSCRIBE in the Subject heading and we will remove you from our collected email list. We do not share your personal information, including emails with other third parties. The information that we require on our order form is used to process your orders quickly and accurately. Your contact information is used to send you the product that you purchase and your billing information will be used to bill you for that product. We may use this information for marketing purposes. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. We do not sell or distribute telephone numbers, except to the carriers involved in delivering your packages and only to facilitate delivery. Our website contains links which may include framing in of pages from other Web sites we have selected. Please be aware that our privacy policy does not apply to these linked sites. We encourage you to read the posted privacy statement whenever interacting with any Web site. We may amend this Privacy Policy on a prospective basis (i.e., for future visits) at any time by posting a revised policy on our Web site. Further, nothing in this Privacy Policy is designed to protect the privacy of visitors whose use of the Princes and Crows website is, in our opinion, or that of our attorneys or affiliates is intended for illegal, improper or abusive purposes, for purposes of marketing or solicitation, or would violate any other terms and conditions relating to use of the Web site.

All site software, designs, text, images, photographs, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, artwork, graphic material, or other copyrightable elements, and the selection and arrangements thereof, and trademarks, service marks and trade names (the " Materials ") are the property of Princes & Crows, LLC and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, licensors or other respective owners, and are protected, without limitation, pursuant to U.S. and foreign copyright and trademark laws.
